We strive to find the best candidates for your vacancies. To do so, we employ a multi-level search process, focussing on the analysis of your specific requirements, and identification, pre-selection and presentation of candidates. Each placement project will be documented regularly.

We ensure transparency and high quality in recruitment by employing defined processes, beginning with a joint analysis of the vacancy and candidates’ requirements and not ending with regular reporting on the state of a project. 

Our search process is based on three pillars:

Step 1 Searching our database

Each consultant of personal total has access to our database with more than 300,000 candidates’ profiles and documents. Each month we add about 3,000 profiles of pre-selected executives and specialists.

Step 2 Advertising in online job markets

Many years of experience in the professional use of online job markets is one of our great strengths. More than 50,000 users browse our offers at www.personal-total.de per week. Furthermore, we advertise vacancies in leading German-language online job markets.

Step 3 Direct Search

Most search projects we successfully complete using steps one and two only. However, if special demands for a candidate’s qualifications necessitate direct search, we will make use of our deep insight into a wide range of markets and our widespread network of contacts.

Depending on the complexity of an assignment, we charge between 25% and 30% of a candidate’s gross annual salary.
